Australian Netball Diamonds Captain, Sharelle McMahon, takes us through a complete series of exercises pre and post games as well as training days.
The exercises are explained in terms of the physical benefits, muscle groups utilised, and the benefits that this provides given physical requirements that are placed on the body in the game of netball.
Sharelle also gives a personal insight to the skills of the games emphasising on good technique covering the following: Catching & Passing, Attacking Footwork Skills, Defence and Goal Shooting.

Keiran Barry is the High Performance Trainer with over 20 years experience that has designed the Fitness section of the Netball program together with Sharelle McMahon.
Keiran has coached many elite level Australian and International athletes, who have won dozens of World Cup medals, national titles and World Championships.
Several competed at Olympic games.
He coached at the 2000 Olympics, 2001 Goodwill Games and 2002 Commonwealth Games; and was a triathlon coach for many years.
